鍍鋅板分類
按生產(chǎn)及加工方法可分為：
熱浸鍍鋅鋼板：將薄鋼板浸入熔解的鋅槽中，使其表面粘附一層鋅的薄鋼板。目前主要采用連續(xù)鍍鋅工藝生產(chǎn)，即把成卷的鋼板連續(xù)浸在熔解

有鋅的鍍槽中制成鍍鋅鋼板；
合金化鍍鋅鋼板：這種鋼板也是用熱浸法制造，但在出槽后，立即把它加熱到500℃左右，使其生成鋅和鐵的合金薄膜。這種鍍鋅板具有良好的涂料

的密著性和焊接性；
電鍍鋅鋼板：用電鍍法制造這種鍍鋅鋼板具有良好的加工性。但鍍層較薄，耐腐蝕性不如熱浸法鍍鋅板；
單面鍍和雙面鍍鋅鋼板：單面鍍鋅鋼板，即只在一面鍍鋅的產(chǎn)品。在焊接、涂裝、防銹處理、加工等方面，具有比雙面鍍鋅板更好適應性。

為克服單面未涂鋅的缺點，又有一種在另面涂以薄層鋅的鍍鋅板，即雙面鍍鋅板；
合金、復合鍍鋅鋼板：它是用鋅和其他金屬如鉛、鋅合金乃至復合鍍成的鋼板。這種鋼板既具有卓越的防銹性能，又有良好的涂裝性能；
除上述五種外，還有彩色鍍鋅鋼板、印花涂裝鍍鋅鋼板、聚氯乙烯疊層鍍鋅鋼板等。但目前較為常用的仍為熱浸鍍鋅板。

it is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc alloy and even composite plating steel plate.This steel sheet has excellent rust prevention performance,

and good coating performance; in addition to the above five, there are color galvanized steel sheet, printed coating galvanized steel sheet,

PVC laminated galvanized steel sheet.But the more commonly used is still hot dip galvanized board.
