進(jìn)口焊接閘閥工作原理：

閘閥是只能做全開或者全關(guān)的，不能作為調(diào)節(jié)流量的閥門使用。他的工作原理就是閘閥隨閘桿一起作上升或者下降做直線運動，閥桿上有梯形螺紋，通過閥門頂端的螺母以及閥體上的導(dǎo)槽，來實現(xiàn)閥桿的上下運動，閥桿帶動閘板運動。閘板的運動方向與管道流體介質(zhì)方向是垂直的。

Gate valve can only do full open or full close, can not be used as a flow control valve. His working principle is that the gate valve moves up or down along with the gate rod in a straight line. There are trapezoidal threads on the valve stem. Through the nut on the top of the valve and the guide groove on the valve body, the valve stem moves up and down, and the valve stem drives the gate plate to move. The movement direction of the ram is perpendicular to the fluid medium direction of the pipeline.

進(jìn)口焊接閘閥安裝要點：

手輪、手柄及傳動機(jī)構(gòu)均不允許作起吊用，并嚴(yán)禁碰撞。雙閘板閘閥應(yīng)垂直安裝（即閥桿處于垂直位置 , 手輪在頂部 )。帶有旁通閥的閘閥在開啟前應(yīng)先打開旁通閥（以平衡進(jìn)出口的壓差及減小開啟力 )。帶傳動機(jī)構(gòu)的閘閥，按產(chǎn)品使用說明書的規(guī)定安裝。如果閥門經(jīng)常開關(guān)使用 , 每月至少潤滑一次。

Installation points of imported welded gate valve:
Hand wheel, handle and transmission mechanism are not allowed to be used for lifting, and collision is strictly prohibited. The double gate valve should be installed vertically (i.e. the stem is in the vertical position and the hand wheel is at the top). The gate valve with bypass valve should be opened before opening (to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet and reduce the opening force). The gate valve with transmission mechanism shall be installed according to the product manual. If the valve is used frequently, lubricate it at least once a month.
