1、正確選用隔膜

隔膜泵的主要部件是隔膜.正確選用隔膜可以達到事半功倍的目的，用戶訂貨時須注明輸送介質(zhì)的性質(zhì)，以便出廠時配備不同隔膜，一般隔膜有下列幾種：

1.丁晴隔膜；主要用于耐油場合。

2.氯丁橡膠5031#本單位特制，主要用于耐丙酮及各種酸類、堿類。

3.氟橡膠6021#本單位特制，主要用于高溫150℃：，耐甲笨耐腐蝕。但價格比其它隔膜高。

4.食品橡膠，專用于食品飲料的輸送。

2、注意事項

1. 隔膜泵出口嚴(yán)禁安裝閥門，如必需裝閥門；要在出口安裝安全閥門，工作壓力不得超過4公斤，以免造成損失。

2.應(yīng)及時加油，保持潤滑系統(tǒng)正常運轉(zhuǎn)。

3.隔膜泵在使用中環(huán)境溫度應(yīng)小于40℃、電機溫度不得超過75℃。

4.被輸送的介質(zhì)及其溫度應(yīng)在泵材允許范圍內(nèi)。

5.對于輸送液體為易沉淀結(jié)晶的介質(zhì)時，使用后應(yīng)及時清洗排凈隔膜泵內(nèi)積物，以免再開時損壞。
