一、儀器工作原理：

YVM-CNC龍門全自動光學影像測量儀工作原理：被測工件（置于工作臺上）由LED表面光或輪廓光（在底座內(nèi)）照明后，經(jīng)變焦距物鏡與彩色CCD攝影機罩殼內(nèi)攝取被測零件影像，再通過S端子傳送至計算機及顯示器上，軟件在顯示器上產(chǎn)生的視頻十字線為基準，對其進行瞄準測量，通過工作臺帶動光學尺與在X、Y方向上移動，取空間各點坐標值，由轉(zhuǎn)接卡至計算機，對測量坐標值進行編程自動幾何運算，完成各種數(shù)據(jù)自動測量和數(shù)據(jù)自動采集工作。

廣泛用于航空航天、大型汽車零部件平面尺寸、科研教學、電工電子、玻璃蓋板、LCP膠片、PCB線路板孔位及外形尺寸、大尺寸絲印網(wǎng)板、塑膠板、背光源板、大尺寸沖壓件、太陽能反光板、TFT面板外型尺寸、LTPS 、OLED面板外型尺寸、32′-85′電視機面殼外形及各個孔位等尺寸精度檢測。

三、儀器功能：

13、進口數(shù)字高清晰彩色CCD，RGB還原性高，高清晰影像效果，白平衡自動調(diào)節(jié)，高品質(zhì)畫面，經(jīng)過特殊處理光源，在大倍率下圖像照度依然明亮，產(chǎn)品顏色失真小，圖像邊界更清晰。

14、采用4環(huán)8區(qū)表面環(huán)形光，控制角度廣，兼容量測零件復雜形狀面積更多，亮度軟件控制，產(chǎn)品的每一個細微特征都可撲捉。

五、 the image, give cuYR-CNC測量軟件簡介YR-CNC Software Introduction：

1、全中文界面（語音可選擇）、鼠標直接點擊操作，智能型簡便易學易用。

learn and use.

2、對一般幾何測量圓、點、線、面、橢圓、圓弧、槽形、O形環(huán)、距離、角度、開云線、閉云線等，可以自動抓取量測數(shù)據(jù)，精確度穩(wěn)定。

十四、環(huán)境要求Environmental requirements：

    1、工作溫度：18℃～22℃(可保證精度)。

2、工作電壓：220 V ± 10%。

    3、用電設備要求接地可靠：接地電阻小于4歐姆。

十五、培   訓Training：

    1、培訓地點：客戶現(xiàn)場培訓及本公司培訓部。培訓時間：三天。培訓內(nèi)容：設備使用及維護，參加人員為兩人, 參加培訓人員一般要求具備計量基礎知識及計算機應用知識。

       Training Location:provide customer site training or training in our company.

       Training time: three days.

       Training content: equipment use and maintenance,participants need two peoples who require has measuring basic knowledge and computer application knowledge.

    2、費用：食宿差旅費自理。

十六、運費及裝機費用Freight and installation costs：

    1、本報含內(nèi)陸運輸費用（僅針對中國大陸地區(qū)）。所有的包裝箱需要在源興光學儀器工程師監(jiān)督和認可的情況下才能開啟，根據(jù)需要，用戶需提供內(nèi)部運送及拆裝支持。

       The quotation include transportation costs (only for mainland China). All box shall be openedneed Yuanxing engineer’s supervision and approval.According to demand, the customer must provide internal transportation and disassembling.

     2、境外客戶，運輸和報關(guān)另外報價，由客戶端承擔。

        Foreign customers, transport and customs declaration in addition to offer,client charge the cost.

     3、吊裝及叉車費用由客戶端承擔。

        Client charge the lifting and forklift costs.

十七、售后服務After-sales service：

    1、設備在售后12個月內(nèi)免費維修。如果是人為的損壞故障則要按被損壞的部件的實際價格來收取費用。

       Instrument free maintenance within 12 months after sale. If the problem is man-made damaged,customer should charge the cost for the part of damage.

    2、廣東省內(nèi)：公司在接到客戶的電話后在48小時內(nèi)趕到現(xiàn)場。

       Guangdong Province: received the customer's phone will rushed to the scene within 48 hours.

    3、廣東省以外在72小時內(nèi)趕到現(xiàn)場，由各辦事處工程師處理，辦事處有：昆山、廈門、天津、重慶。

        Our office engineerswill rushed to the scene within 72 hours if not Guangdong Province,the office have :Kunshan office,Xiamen office,Tianjing office,Chongqing office.

4、另外如有特殊情況可酌情處理。
