有源晶振中時(shí)間抖動(dòng)定義是什么?
在理想情況下,有源晶振中一個(gè)頻率固定的的脈沖信號(以1MHz為例)的持續(xù)時(shí)間應(yīng)該恰好是1us,每500ns有一個(gè)跳變沿。但不幸的是,這種信號并不存在。信號周期的長度總會(huì)有一定變化,從而導(dǎo)致下一個(gè)沿的到來時(shí)間不確定。這種不確定就是抖動(dòng)。抖動(dòng)是對信號時(shí)域變化的測量結(jié)果,它從本質(zhì)上描述了信號周期距離其理想值偏離了多少。在絕大多數(shù)文獻(xiàn)和規(guī)范中,時(shí)間抖動(dòng)(jitter)被定義為高速串行信號邊沿到來時(shí)刻與理想時(shí)刻的偏差,所不同的是某些規(guī)范中將這種偏差中緩慢變化的成分稱為時(shí)間游走(wander),而將變化較快的成分定義為時(shí)間抖動(dòng)(jitter)。
